A: Available sessions will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays

Q: How much does a session cost?
A: A standard counselling session costs £50.00 for 50 minutes. 

Student rate - limited availability, please ask for details.

To secure your booking, payment must be made at least 2 days in advance of each session.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice in advance will be charged at 50% of your standard rate.

Q: Where do sessions take place?
A: Face-to-face sessions are available in a private counselling room on the ground floor at

Suite 22, Atrium House, 574 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 9SW.

Access to Atrium House is by appointment only.

I can also offer online counselling sessions via video call for your convenience.

Q: Is confidentiality guaranteed in counselling sessions?
A: At Create Space Counselling, I understand the importance of confidentiality and I take it very seriously. Your sessions will be kept confidential as required by the NCPS Ethical Framework.

Q: What is your approach to data protection and GDPR?
A: I am registered with the ICO and comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to ensure the privacy and security of client information. I handle all personal information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
