Asking for help is the first step towards positive change.

​Reach out to me by email, telephone or the contact form and I will be in touch during the working week to answer your questions and arrange for an introductory session.

INTRODUCTORY SESSION

I offer a free, introductory

20-minute session, giving you an opportunity to ask any questions and assess whether you feel comfortable with me and my approach.

My focus is on understanding the issues that you are going through and how we can work together to create positive change in your life.

BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

The introductory session should give you the information you need to decide if we are the right fit for each other. If you feel positive about your experience and wish to proceed, we can book a time and day for your first full session.
